Christine Harland is Gianluca Spina Chair in Supply Strategy and Full Professor at Politecnico Di Milano, Italy. Christine is a founder member of IRSPP. Her research interest is supply strategy, and how public procurement can be used as a lever for government reform.
Jan Telgen, PhD, is Emeritus Professor of Public Procurement at the University of Twente, Enschede, the Netherlands. Jan is a founder member of IRSPP. His research focuses on the efficient use of public procurement methods to be both effective and achieve policy goals. Publications on the public provision of social services, procurement control, horizontal cooperative procurement and supplier selection mechanisms.
Rick Grimm, CPPO, CPPB, FCIPS has served the NIGP: The Institute for Public Procurement as its Chief Executive Officer since 1998 and has provided leadership in several international activities including the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM Past President), the International Public Procurement Conference (IPPC) and the International Research Study on Public Procurement (IRSPP).
Jane Lynch, PhD, is a Professor in Procurement for Cardiff Business School, Cardiff University. Jane is the practise and engagement lead for IRSPP. Jane is Chair of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) [South Wales Branch] and Executive Member (MICW) of Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW). Jane’s research areas include public procurement, collaboration, innovation and social value in procurement.
Tünde Tátrai, PhD, is Professor at Corvinus University of Budapest in Budapest, Hungary. Her current research interests include public procurement, electronic procurement and sustainable purchasing.
Andrea Patrucco, PhD, is Assistant Professor in Supply Chain Management at Florida University, College of Business in the United States. Andrea is the academic lead for IRSPP. His research interests are in the field of Supply Chain and Purchasing Management, focusing on performance management and organisational design in Public Procurement, and management of collaborative relationships.
Louise Knight PhD, is Professor in Public Sector and Healthcare Procurement at University of Twente, Enschede, the Netherlands. Developing capability and building capacity in purchasing and supply management (PSM) have been central themes throughout her career. Louise is a social scientist and her research lies at the intersection of supply management, organization studies and innovation.
